I regularly work with other body-oriented therapists. Everyone has their own qualities and specialism, but all are aimed at making contact with your body, with your feeling and with your being. They can help you make a deeper connection with yourself through "embodiement". We know each other's working methods and professionalism. We learn from each other through exchange and peer review and we give each other feedback. When a client can benefit from a certain treatment, I refer to one of them. Below I list a number of practitioners who I know from my own experience that they work at a high quality level.

John Daniel Heinzerling - Shiatsu and acupuncture (Utrecht)

Johannes has about 30 years of experience with Shiatsu and acupuncture. He works from ancient Japanese healing art with energetic dialogue without words, through touch and attention. He sees your potential in possibilities, which wants to unfold further. A crisis or illness can be a door that brings you deeper into contact with your entire life movement. Johannes can help you to connect with the deeper undercurrent of your life. This gives you confidence in integrating setbacks and finding new paths. Johannes lets you experience in the treatment what a hand means that stays. He brings you to your self-regulating ability to heal. In this way you experience your unique being and express yourself.

Wim Kijne - Hypnotherapy (Nijmegen / Amsterdam)

Wim works with a modern form of hypnotherapy. Through a light form of trance you enter a deeper layer of yourself, but at the same time you remain aware of yourself. As a result, your thinking is less inclined to look for answers. In this way you gain insight into the causes of your problem and answers can emerge from your subconscious. By gaining more access to your subconscious, you learn to deal with emotions better. Wim asks the right questions so that you can discover within yourself exactly how it works. He has developed his own approach for the specific problems of gay men.

Wilfried Sluys - Gestalt therapy and relationship therapy (Amsterdam)

Wilfried is a registered Gestalt therapist and relationship therapist with a practice for relationship, family and individual therapy in Purmerend and Amsterdam. Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy, in which making contact is central. How does the client make contact with himself and therefore also with the environment. In the therapy it is investigated where this contact has become disturbed. This is done by increasing the awareness (increasing awareness on a rational, emotional and physical level) of the client. The therapist also brings his own awareness into the session. “Contact is the life blood of human growth” (Polster).

Mischa van Dullemen - yoga and thai yoga massage (Amsterdam)

Mischa has a dance background and has been fully retrained as a yoga teacher and Thai yoga masseur. Every year he goes back to Thailand to retrain. He works at a very slow pace, which brings you together in a meditative flow. It gives a pleasant, firm pressure on your muscles and energy lines, making you feel very vital and supple afterwards. Paved areas in the body come loose, tension is reduced and you become more flexible.

Jean Smeets - Shiatsu and body massage (Nijmegen)

Jean is a registered Iokai Shiatsu therapist and masseur with a practice in Nijmegen. His treatment focuses on removing blockages and stimulating the free flow of life energy. He has a holistic approach to healing and strives to restore the balance in your body, emotions and thinking patterns. His 4-year-old shiatsu training has taught him to always make contact with hara, the energy center in the lower abdomen. This provides a solid, authentic and soothing touch that works at a deeper level. By following the Authentic Eros Year Training, he has focused more on releasing sensual and sexual energy. His touch is firm, authentic, soothing and works on a deeper level.

Dennis Coenraad - Self-exploration (Utrecht)

Dennis guides people through their inner landscape. He helps you to (re) discover your own sexuality and spirituality. He works with methods from tantra and shamanism, where he lets you experience how thinking, feeling and the body work together. He sees your connection between instinct (past) and intuition (future). His touch, as in his work as a sculptor, brings him into a soft trance. By opening the senses, insight is created into your desires and wishes. Dennis is co-trainer at “Magic of sexuality".

Denis de Vies - Massage (Nijmegen)

Denis is a masseur with a focus on “Ordinary”. Touch is normal, but in our country we learn to find letters and numbers especially important. Feeling comfortable in your body is extremely important. A massage can help you with that, but is also “just” nice. Denis is appreciated for his gentle, loving massages with attention. Denis gives different forms of relaxation massage (different forms) and more experience-oriented forms (tantra and comfortable in your body). He focuses mainly on women and not on treating problems or coaching. So "just" experience and enjoy.

Wim Meijerink - Haptonomy (Nijmegen)

Wim helps you to feel good in your body and life from a holistic approach. In addition to haptonomy and physiotherapy, he uses various body-oriented and experience-oriented therapies, including cranio-sacral therapy, visceral manipulations, “Focusing” and NLP. Without judgment, it helps to examine and change patterns in your body. He also looks broader, he does not shy away from emotions and invites you to connect.

Sebastian Holzhuber - Healing rituals (Amsterdam)

Worn thinking patterns, habits and survival mechanisms that we have come to experience as 'true' along the way have often limited our view of ourselves. But behind that lies a world that demands to be seen and experienced. It is in that unknown world where New Rituals goes and where we can come into contact with our true nature, our destiny, that unlived life. To get there, an experience is needed that brings us into contact with that unknown, the inspired life. Sebastian invites you for a journey inside and discovering the inner landscape. He works with transition and transformation rituals, where you move in the direction of your own core, your deepest being.
