With massage, bodywork and coaching you open yourself, bringing you closer to your feelings and yourself. You can become entranced, feelings can be released. You may encounter anger, fear, pain, or sadness. This can feel fragile.
I therefore offer the safety and pleasant atmosphere of security, so that you quickly feel at ease and can expose yourself. I invite you to be yourself completely and to share what is going on inside you. This way I can empathize better and sympathize with what presents itself.
As a professional I attach great importance to approaching everyone with respect for the integrity of you as an individual. Nobody can and should judge your life. Your individual choices are paramount. That is why I regularly check how you are, what you experience as pleasant and unpleasant. The resistances you encounter in yourself are also welcome. And of course everything that is discussed or shared remains in private.
