During an energetic massage, the focus can be on your life energy. This strengthens your contact with your senses, your sensuality. and as a result you also experience more closeness, intimacy, loving warmth. You also feel a deeper contact with yourself, some experience this as a spiritual experience. I usually do not give a standard massage, but I create a unique and special experience together with you, tailored to you. That's why I always ask about your needs, your wishes/desires, so that I can give a massage that meets those needs.
Sensual energy massage
Are you curious about the tantric tradition of sensuality? Then you can opt for a sensual energy massage. That is an energetic massage with the focus on sensuality. The word sensuality refers to our “senses”, the senses. Various soft, tickling, sensual and sensitive touches take you to the sensory experience of your skin, your hair, your erogenous zones and your intimate parts. You become aware of your body sensations. This takes you out of your head and into your body.
This also makes you aware of the soft tingling sensations in and around your erogenous zones. Of course, life energy is also generated, but this is less central. There is also less focus on breathwork, because this can demand a lot from you in terms of technique, while you can now focus entirely on receiving and experiencing.
Practical
An energetic massage usually lasts 90 or 120 minutes, sometimes longer (for an in-depth treatment) but never shorter. During, before and after treatment I offer a safe, accepting and loving atmosphere in which you can be completely yourself.
Consent and confidentiality
The starting point for every energetic massage is the principle of consent. This means that every touch is based on mutual consent. I therefore ask in advance which touches you do and do not like. And in which places or in what way you do not want to be touched. You can also indicate at any time during the massage if you do not like something or experience resistance. I regularly check during the treatment how you feel, whether you can relax and are in good contact with yourself.
I attach great importance to integrity and discretion. I therefore handle confidentiality and secrecy strictly and professionally. Everything you share with me stays between us. Judgments, shame or guilt remain at the door.
