Deep Muscular Techniques

Deep Muscular Techniques apply powerful and deep pressure, especially on the muscle tissue. This helps to balance blood circulation and energy management. Slow, deep movements are used. When your muscles are cramped and compacted, the circulation of oxygen and blood is locally blocked. A deep tissue massage helps to remove that blockage.

The blood supply to the muscles is restored by the pressure. There is also a long-term accumulation of stress and tension. The pressure can sometimes be against the pain threshold, so it requires a lot of attention and care.

Tijs is a quiet, warm, open person who immediately puts you at ease. His touch is pleasant, firm and attentive and I felt well cared for. A deep tissue massage is sometimes pretty against the pain threshold, but Tijs works very carefully. Afterwards I felt as reborn! (Chose H).

The effects and effects of the massage are particularly noticeable after 2 days. After a deep tissue massage you have to drink a lot of water because of the removal of accumulated waste that has been released.   1. I had booked a classic relaxation massage at Tijs, mainly because I do not have enough knowledge to choose the right massage. After consultation, Tijs gave me a deep tissue massage. The massage was firmer than I was used to and I felt my body getting warmer. The last part of the massage was wonderfully relaxed.   3. Because of back and hip complaints I came to Tijs for deep tissue massage. He has given a very good, fine massage to completely massage muscles that were completely trapped by incorrect posture and pent-up negative emotions in 120 minutes. He also gave advice on my working posture and walking posture to prevent new hip and back complaints. He listens well and has a lot of knowledge about the interaction between body and mind.
