Cancellation Policy

It is possible that you have made an appointment for a treatment but unexpectedly (for whatever reason) still can't come. In that case you can cancel the appointment. This can be done via the booking system, via e-mail, via whatsapp or by telephone.

Cancellation of a treatment

• Cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, then there are no costs associated with canceling.
• For appointments that are canceled later, a 50% cancellation fee will in principle be charged. This is due to the reserved space and time.
• Appointments canceled with less than two hours' notice will be charged the full amount. Any fees already paid will not be refunded.
• If you cancel the evening before for health reasons (e.g., flu, COVID-19) and reschedule immediately, you generally won't be charged a cancellation fee. Because time has been reserved for you and costs have been incurred, including renting the practice space, a voluntary payment of the cancellation fee is greatly appreciated.

No show

If you do not show up without canceling in advance, the full amount (100%) will be charged. You will receive a payment request or invoice for the cancellation or no-show costs.

Meetups and day workshops

For cancellation of participation in a workshop / meetup, in the morning, afternoon, evening, or a day workshop, the following cancellation policy applies:

• If you have registered for a workshop on Meetup, Hipsy or via a separate message, we assume that you will participate. Can't participate? Please unsubscribe in time via “Edit RSVP”.
• There are no cancellation fees up to seven days in advance. If you've already paid, you'll receive a refund of the participation fee minus the administration and transaction fees.
• If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount (minus fees) can be applied to a future workshop or potentially refunded. If you haven't paid yet, you will be asked to pay 50% of the ticket price.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours (1-2 days) in advance or don't show up, you will be charged the full amount (100%). You will not receive a refund. If you haven't paid yet, you will receive a payment request for the full ticket price.

Weekends

For weekends and two- or three-day workshops without overnight accommodation, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Can't participate? Then unsubscribe in time via “Edit RSVP” and send an e-mail or text message / WhatsApp message with the reason for unsubscribing.
• Cancellation of participation applies until two weeks No cancellation fees (14 days) in advance. Have you paid yet? Dan will receive a refund of the participation fee minus the administration and transaction costs.
• If you cancel less than two weeks in advance (3-13 days), you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount (minus fees) can be offset against a future workshop or potentially refunded. If you haven't paid yet, you will be asked to pay 50% of the ticket price.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance (1-2 days before) or don't show up, you will be charged the full amount (100%). You will not receive a refund. If you haven't paid yet, you will receive a payment request.

Overnight workshops

For multi-day gatherings (workshops, training courses, retreats) with overnight stays – where meals are often provided – significant costs are incurred in advance, which are not reimbursed to the (group) accommodation provider, the chef, and the like. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Can't participate? Then unsubscribe in time via “Edit RSVP” and send an e-mail or text message / WhatsApp message with the reason for unsubscribing.
• Cancellation of participation applies until four weeks No cancellation fees (28 days) in advance. Have you paid yet? Dan will receive a refund of the participation fee minus the administration and transaction costs.
• If you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance (15 to 28 days in advance), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining amount (minus costs) can be settled against a subsequent workshop or possibly refunded.
• If you cancel less than two weeks in advance (1-14 days in advance) or don't show up, you will be charged the full amount (100%). You will not receive a refund. If you haven't paid yet, you will receive a payment request.
