It is possible that you have made an appointment for a treatment but unexpectedly (for whatever reason) still can't come. In that case you can cancel the appointment. This can be done via the booking system, via e-mail, via whatsapp or by telephone.
You do this at least 24 hours in advance, then there are no costs associated with the cancellation. Appointments canceled later will normally incur a 50% cancellation fee. This in connection with the reserved space and time.
If you cancel for health reasons (e.g. flu, Corona) immediately at the start of the day and make a new appointment immediately, no cancellation costs will generally be charged. Because time has been reserved for you and costs have been incurred for, among other things, renting the practice space, a voluntary payment of cancellation is highly appreciated.
No show
If you do not show up without canceling in advance, the full amount (100%) will be charged. You will receive an invoice for the cancellation or no-show costs via email.

Meetups and day workshops
Can't participate? Then unsubscribe in time via “Edit RSVP”. For cancellation of participation in a meetup of day workshop a different regulation applies. No cancellation costs apply up to two days before. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel on the day or if you do not show up, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
Weekends and multi-day workshops
At weekends there is a different cancellation policy compared to shorter workshops. Can't participate? Then unsubscribe in time via “Edit RSVP”. For cancellation of participation apply up to a week (7 days) in advance no cancellation fees. If you cancel less than a week in advance (3-7 days in advance), a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance (1-2 days in advance) or if you don't show up, the full amount (100%) will be charged.

Thanks for the special session of two weeks ago, Tijs. It has caused a lot of movement for me and I would like to follow up on that. Unfortunately I have just been hit by a flu, so I will cancel the new appointment. I cannot foresee when I will have the opportunity, but I will make a new appointment soon.
